Keith Greenall
“They are always there for me”: that is Keith Greenall’s verdict on his successful working relationship with Murphy Salisbury.
Keith has been a client of Paul Salisbury since 1982, when he set up his Stratford-upon-Avon building firm, Greenall Construction.
As well as other construction work the firm works closely with Keith’s other business, property development company Temple Oak Ltd, to create high quality, new-build homes in small developments like Oliver’s Lock, a complex of 14 apartments in a gated development on the banks of the canal in Stratford-upon-Avon
Murphy Salisbury provides Keith with services including management and annual accounts preparation and tax compliance and advice. As well as this ongoing support, Keith also seeks Paul’s advice on specific issues, such as the best strategy to deal with his profits when he enjoyed a particularly successful year.
The relationship between Keith and Murphy Salisbury has worked so well that Keith has been happy to recommend the firm to a number of people over the years.
And with the tough economic climate and troubled housing market placing enormous pressure on the construction sector, Keith particularly appreciates Murphy Salisbury’s proactive and ongoing support.
He says: “I have known Murphy Salisbury for so many years and they are always there for me. They are a very approachable firm and going to see Paul is like going to see a friend.
“They keep their eye on me and it’s good to know that in difficult times, they are there, willing to give advice and trying to help. That’s a real comfort.”
