Accountants Welcome New Recruit

Warwickshire accountants Murphy Salisbury have further developed their team with the appointment of a new trainee accountant.

Paul Reynolds joined the firm in October to continue his training towards qualification as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

He previously gained membership of the Association of Accounting Technicians while working at an accountancy firm in Evesham and has joined Murphy Salisbury from another practice in Redditch.

Paul has always had an interest in maths, which he put to good use by gaining an A level in accountancy at St Augustine’s Catholic High School in Redditch.

He said: “Accountancy is not only a good career but it involves so many different interesting aspects.

“At Murphy Salisbury, I will be preparing the accounts for businesses ranging from sole traders to limited companies and once I have taken my audit paper with the ACCA in December, I hope to become in involved in audit work too.”

Paul Salisbury, managing partner at Murphy Salisbury, said: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to the team and look forward to helping him develop his accountancy career. It is by building our team in this way that we further strengthen the high quality service we offer to clients and continue to move forward as a practice.”
