Bobby Gupta FCA, CTA

Tax partner Bobby Gupta, who joined our Stratford-upon-Avon accountancy practice in 2004, has been advising owner-managed businesses for 20 years, specialising in tax for the last 15. His key client sectors include entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.

His areas of tax expertise include tax-efficient profit extraction, share schemes, business start-ups, including Enterprise Investment Scheme and research and development tax credits, business sales, acquisitions and reorganisations, management buy-outs and buy-ins, capital and inheritance taxes and succession and exit planning.

Bobby’s goal in his work is to save clients tax through innovative and traditional tax planning and he particularly enjoys negotiating successfully on clients’ behalf with HM Revenue & Customs.
